Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive international sales growth across markets such as Middle East, United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and other potential regions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, appoint distributors/importers, and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers, buyers, and channel partners.
  • Handle complete export sales operations including enquiries, negotiations, pricing, order closures, and execution follow-up.
  • Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, finance, QA, and logistics teams for timely dispatches and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead target planning, sales forecasting, revenue achievement, and profitability management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements for business strategy inputs.
  • Build strong CRM systems and ensure repeat business growth.
  • Manage and guide team performance to deliver business goals.
  • Travel Internationally for business development meetings, exhibitions, and market expansion activities.
Key Skills & Qualification:
  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • Experience - 8 to 20+ Years (depending on level and relevant exposure)
  • Proven experience in International Sales / Exports / Business Development at senior level.
  • Strong exposure to markets like Middle East, United States, United Kingdom, Europe etc.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of export documentation, international trade terms, and market development.
  • Go-getter attitude with strong ownership mindset.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
