Own and drive GMV, revenue, and profitability across B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms.
Manage and grow sales on Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, other relevant platforms through category-wise planning, pricing, and promotion strategy.
Lead listing hygiene, content optimization, A+ content, search ranking, and conversion improvement initiatives.
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns, platform-led promotions, and SEO to maximize ROI and visibility.
Build and manage strong working relationships with marketplace account managers, category teams, and external partners.
Drive GMV forecasting, monthly and quarterly business planning, and performance reviews with clear action plans.
Monitor inventory health including sell-through, ageing, fill rates, and stock availability, in coordination with SCM and production teams.
Ensure smooth order fulfillment, service levels, ratings, returns, and customer experience across platforms.
Track key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, contribution margin, and profitability and initiate corrective actions.
Ensure strict adherence to marketplace policies, SLAs, compliance norms, and platform hygiene standards.
Support onboarding of new platforms, quick commerce expansion, and process improvements as the business scales.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
4-8+ years of experience in e-commerce sales and marketplace account management.
Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Zepto, Blinkit, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of GMV management, PPC, SEO, and platform economics.
Good analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
