Job Description:

  • Coordinate with international customers for orders, dispatch updates, documentation, and query handling.
  • Maintain customer database, sales records, order tracking sheets, and CRM reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Finance, and Export Documentation teams.
  • Track order execution, shipment schedules, payment status, and customer commitments.
  • Support International Sales team in customer communication and follow-ups.
  • Prepare presentations, sales reports, business data analysis, and export related trackers.
  • Ensure timely response to customer emails and maintain professional communication standards.
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation related to export orders and customer servicing.
 

Key Skills:

  • Strong command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Advanced Formulas, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional email drafting and customer handling skills.
 

Qualification:

  • Graduate / MBA in International Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in International Sales Coordination, Export CRM, or Customer Service roles.
