Job Description:
Coordinate with international customers for orders, dispatch updates, documentation, and query handling.
Maintain customer database, sales records, order tracking sheets, and CRM reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Coordinate with internal departments including Production, Logistics, Finance, and Export Documentation teams.
Track order execution, shipment schedules, payment status, and customer commitments.
Support International Sales team in customer communication and follow-ups.
Prepare presentations, sales reports, business data analysis, and export related trackers.
Ensure timely response to customer emails and maintain professional communication standards.
Maintain accurate data and documentation related to export orders and customer servicing.
Key Skills:
Strong command over Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Advanced Formulas, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Professional email drafting and customer handling skills.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in International Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience in International Sales Coordination, Export CRM, or Customer Service roles.
