Lead initiatives in process improvement, automation, and cost reduction across plant operations.
Design and implement automation solutions to streamline production processes and enhance efficiency.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated systems and machinery.
Analyze and troubleshoot automation issues to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.

Key Skills & Qualification:

Experience in process improvement methodologies.
Background in the FMCG or manufacturing sector is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in plant automation and maintenance.
Expertise in PLC programming, SCADA, HMI, and other control systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cost optimization and efficiency.
